All music lessons are in the privacy of your home at a time that's convenient for you and the teacher. Our teachers are trained professionals. We cater to the beginner as well as the advanced student. We specialize in all styles of music including classical, jazz, rock and contemporary studies. Our services include instruction on all major instruments. We offer annual music recitals in March and  prepare our students for NYSSMA and college auditions.

Our teachers have a background that will more than meet your child's musical needs, they are accomplished performers, who have passed an audition exam and have demonstrated experience teaching before arriving at your home.  Most teachers completed advanced degrees in music ensuring our students gain and maintain a higher level of musical understanding through encouragement and achievement.

Long Island Music Lessons at Home is in the lesson business, not the instrument resale or supply, we maintain favorable relations with many local merchants, and can advise on, purchases or rentals; we make no profit from such relations, and ask only that you mention us when visiting local retailers.  We feel that by restricting our business to the study of making music with our students, we are better able to serve you by focusing our efforts in providing the highest quality of service.   Private lessons are currently being offered in the following townships:  Islip, Hempstead, Oyster Bay, Islip, Babylon and Huntington.
