Mike Campenelli, Guitar Guru

Mike has been playing for 25 yrs, 11 of which have been as a professional musician. While only studying music as an elective in college he studied privately with some noteworthy teachers such as George Bien
of guitar energy, Sharon Isbin, Howard Morgan, And peter Conway. He still does studio work for Sony records and Bad Boy entertainment. Up till last year played lead guitar for the ohms(On bad boy) and co-written with and been music director for interscope Recording artist Michael Shone.

In lessons he strives to bring his real world experience and broad musical knowledge to the table to give his students a taste of all music. While theory is important he takes a more "hands on" approach to playing, striving to bring out the music in the student thus helping to develop a "musical soul".

Strengths: Teaches the way he performs, full throttle, students can't help get caught up with his energy and curiosity of the guitar specifically, and life in general.
